Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School Announces New Head of School
On behalf of the Board of Trustees, I am thrilled to announce Nicole Justice as the next Head of School for Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School. We feel confident Mrs. Justice embodies the qualities to best continue our mission of “academic excellence, to a diverse student body, in a Christian environment.”
Mrs. Justice joins us with over 20 years of experience in prestigious private schools. Currently, she serves as the Director of the High School at Canterbury School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Her impressive career also includes positions at Westminster Schools in Atlanta, Georgia, and Lake Highland Prep, in Orlando, Florida. Over her years as a leader in education, she has been instrumental in developing and aligning curriculum, organizing and facilitating summer research and curricular programs, coordinating professional development for faculty, and training and mentoring teachers. We are so excited to have her bring that expertise to the community of Bishop Noland.
Jessica Williamson, Trustee and Chair of the Search Committee noted that the Committee is “excited to welcome Mrs. Justice to Bishop Noland,” sharing that Mrs. Justice’s “warmth, adaptability, and extensive experience set her apart.” The committee believes her wealth of experience in making thoughtful decisions will serve the school’s long-term vision. Mrs. Justice “excels at delegating, empowering, and supporting faculty and staff, and will be committed to developing leadership. Her collaborative and transparent leadership style will be invaluable as she has the capability to lead a comprehensive review of our academics and programs.”
