Founded in 1961 as Our Lady of Good Counsel, Bishop Dunne Catholic School is a Catholic college preparatory school for sixth through twelfth grade, serving a diverse, multicultural community in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
Position
The President is the Chief Executive Office of Bishop Dunne Catholic School and, as such, has the general charge and control of its personnel and budget; of its educational and development programs; of its business affairs; and of its facilities. The President works most closely with the Principal, the Board, and in varying degrees, with other groups within the school community to provide leadership with regard to the purposes, values, and goals of Bishop Dunne Catholic School. The President bears ultimate responsibility for the operation of the school which is accomplished through specific persons as agents of the President. The President is the Chief Administrator of the school community. As such, the President is responsible for supervision and administration.
