Cistercian Preparatory School, rooted in Catholic monasticism, provides a challenging and supportive environment for talented and motivated young men in grades 5-12. The school's curriculum is an eight-year advanced honors program, emphasizing individual growth in virtue and intellect within a community framework. Students develop strengths, confront weaknesses, and pursue academic and professional excellence, viewing their studies as a path to truth and self-understanding. Cistercian aims to prepare students for college and beyond, fostering service to God and neighbor while strengthening both the individual and the community.

Position

The Admissions/Communications Director plays an important role in promoting and representing the school to prospective parents and the wider community. Their responsibilities include managing the entire admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring alignment with the school's mission. They also oversee admissions events, from planning to execution, including promotion and logistics. Additionally, the Director leads marketing efforts encompassing print materials, online ads, the school website, social media, and all school-wide communications, excluding alumni-focused communications and the bi-annual magazine, The  Continuum. This role is effective for the 2024-25 school year, it will be open until the successful candidate is found.
